1. What counts as user content in FactShot

One single thing: the visible name, 2 to 16 characters, run through a filter. It's the only thing one person sees of another.

There's no chat, no messages, no images, no posts, no public profiles, no directory, and no searching for people.

2. What's not allowed

A visible name can't be:

• insulting;
• sexual;
• discriminatory;
• an impersonation of another person or a brand;
• an advertisement for anything.

3. How to report someone

There are three doors, and the label is always "Block and report":

1. at the bottom of a match, next to "Surrender";
2. on every row of the Matches lobby;
3. on every row of "Rivals".

4. What happens when you tap it

First, a sheet opens explaining what will happen. There are two buttons:

• "Just block";
• "Block and report".

If you choose to report, the app asks for a reason from a closed list of four: the name they show · they're cheating · they're bothering me · something else.

There's no free-text field.

5. What blocking does

• It works both ways: neither can challenge the other, random matching won't pair them again, and neither one's invitations work for the other.
• The open match ends.
• The blocked person isn't notified.

6. Our commitment

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Depending on what we find, the consequence ranges from requiring a name change to closing the account.

7. How to undo it

Under Profile ▸ Blocked players, with "Unblock" on every row.
